General Information

At Curate Staging and Design Studio, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience. Below is our Shipping Policy to keep you informed about how we manage shipping and delivery for all our products.

Q: Are your furniture items in stock or made to order?
A: Some items are in stock and ready for dispatch, while others are made to order, or Directly Dispatched from the manufacturer. Please check the product description for details.

Customer Information Required at Checkout

Please ensure when checking out you provide us with a correct

  • Full Name, Complete Address, Telephone Number, Email Address, and any special delivery requirements.
  1. Delivery Charges
  • Standard Delivery Fee: £6.99 charge will apply for most items.
  • Made to Order product delivery

Delivered in 6–8 weeks via courier (updates provided if delays occur).

Our made to order products are usually ready for delivery in 6 – 8 weeks via our courier service. If for any reason these changes, we will contact you directly to update you on your order.

Direct Dispatch

  • What is Direct Dispatch?
    Some of our items are sent directly from the manufacturer and not by our own courier. This tends to fall under the larger wooden furniture items. If your item falls under this category, this information will be clearly marked on the product page under the “Delivery” tab.
  • Upon Placement of Order: Our delivery team will contact in 2-3 days directly to update you on an estimated delivery time.
  • Delivery Time for Direct Dispatch Items
    Delivery for items sent via Direct Dispatch typically takes 6-8 weeks, depending on the size of the item and the delivery location. On the rare occasion items may take slightly longer however we will communicate this to you.
  • Larger Items
    For larger items, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery.

Returns and Issues with Direct Dispatch Items
If you are not satisfied with the condition of your item upon arrival, or if you need to return a Direct Dispatch item, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. These items must be returned directly to our supplier, and we will guide you through the return process.

Receipt of Delivery Items:

Please ensure to fully check the product/s and confirm you are fully satisfied, before asking for the packaging to be removed. Unfortunately, we are not able to send you ‘’new’’ packaging and we cannot accept any large items to be returned without it.

If the delivery team feel it is unsafe for them to deliver i.e to take it to a particular room, upstairs, small area, and/or without doing potential damages to walls/flooring - at their discretion, they can refuse the room of choice delivery and can also refuse to remove the packaging. This includes rooms which are to small for the items to be placed in which could also cause damage to the furniture.

Our individual product pages will show the delivery options specific to your purchase and please note that we only deliver to the UK mainland.

  1. Delivery Times
  • Standard Delivery Time: 2-3 working days, (though this is not guaranteed.)
  • Weekend Orders: Processed on Monday if ordered after Friday, 1 PM.
  • Made to Order & Direct Dispatch: Delivery estimated at 6–8 weeks.
  • Tracking: Tracking details sent via email/SMS upon dispatch.

 

  1. Delivery Delays

For overdue deliveries, email Hello@Curatestaging.co.uk with:

  • Order Reference Number
  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Contact Telephone

One of our customer service team members will look into the issue and provide you with an update as quickly as possible.

  1. Safe Delivery
  • Signature Required: All of our items require a signature upon receipt.
  • If No One Is Home: Couriers may leave parcels with a neighbour or in a safe place, leaving a card for further instructions.

The courier will leave a card with further instructions if they are unable to complete the delivery or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour.

  1. Issues with Orders

Please Contact hello@curatestaging.co.uk immediately for:

  • Mistakes with your order
  • Delayed or undelivered items
  • Damaged goods (include your Order Number, Full Name, Address, and Contact Number).

Provide details of the issue, and one of our customer service team members will assist you as quickly as possible.

  1. Delivery Restrictions

Note: Inspect items upon delivery before removing packaging. Items cannot be returned without original packaging. Delivery to specific rooms is subject to safety considerations, and the team may refuse delivery if risks of damage are identified.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or a P.O. Box. If this affects your order, we will notify you and discuss alternative delivery options.
